What is PatronusCharm?
PatronusCharm is an alternative to the “juggernaut” fanfiction sites such as FanFiction.Net and FicWad.Net. Our goal is to provide excellent service for our user base while not sacrificing on features. PatronusCharm is for fanfiction lovers, and those wishing to share in superb fiction. In the eyes of me, alias Lord Ravenclaw, that’s a worthy goal. More than likely, those reading this may have no interest in the content of my website. However, I offer my insight and explorations into the playground of technologies at my fingertips, and my goal to improve my own skills in working towards the previous goal of providing a place for fanfiction writers to share their stories.
I said that I hate blogs, and it’s true. But with the time that each version takes to develop, I figured I’d keep a running blog of issues, features, and development in general. If you keep an eye out here I’ll point out hidden features, new features, and pieces of the backend you’ll likely never see. For those who don’t normally peruse PatronusCharm, I offer my experience and ideas freely.
